Word Ninja Pro is a free, browser-based collection of word tools. This page maintained by the site owner explains what happens with the small amount of information the site handles.
What we collect
- No user accounts. We do not ask for your name, email, or password.
- No server-side database of your searches — everything runs in your browser.
- Your recent searches, favorite words, and daily-puzzle progress are stored in your browser's localStorage. You can clear them anytime through your browser settings.
Third-party services
- Definitions: when you click a result word, we fetch a definition from the public dictionaryapi.dev API. Only the word itself is sent.
- Advertising (Google AdSense): once ads are enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
- Analytics: aggregate, anonymized page-view metrics may be collected to improve the site.
Cookies
Word Ninja Pro itself sets no cookies. Third-party services listed above may set their own cookies as described in their policies.
Children
The site is safe for general audiences. It does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
